Accounts Payable (Rent Manager Software expertise)

We are hiring for an Accounts Payable Representative to manage vendor payments, ensure accuracy in financial records, and leverage tools like QuickBooks Online and Rent Manager. The ideal candidate will ensure invoices are correctly classified and timely payments are sent to vendors. This role involves process and record of accounts payable transactions, invoice verification, reconciliation, reporting, and communication with vendors and internal teams.

Requirements

• Process and record accounts payable transactions in QuickBooks Online and Rent Manager.
• Review and verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement of payments.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams.
• Prepare reports on accounts payable activity.
