Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their team and serve as a trusted partner for leading Latin American talent. This role involves overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from design to manufacturing, and requires collaboration with global brands and clients. The position requires a strong understanding of materials, prototyping, and project management tools.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, manufacturing coordination, industrial design, or retail display production.
• Proven experience managing complex projects involving physical product fabrication or branded environment design.
• Strong understanding of materials, prototyping, fabrication methods, and manufacturing workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus).
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and product design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks a plus).
• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace or MS Office for documentation and budgeting.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple international projects simultaneously.
• Schedule flexibility to collaborate across time zones with global clients and suppliers.
