Remote Talent LATAM connects Latin American talent with US marketing agencies. They act as a trusted partner, assisting companies in finding and managing global talent. They are seeking a Project/Product Manager to oversee product development from conception to delivery. This role involves translating client briefs into actionable requirements, managing manufacturing, coordinating cross-functional teams, and providing performance reports.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, manufacturing coordination, industrial design, or retail display production.
- Proven experience managing complex projects involving physical product fabrication or branded environment design.
- Strong understanding of materials, prototyping, fabrication methods, and manufacturing workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus).
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and product design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks a plus).
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace or MS Office for documentation and budgeting.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple international projects simultaneously.
