Remote Talent LATAM is connecting talent with leading U.S. marketing agencies, focusing on design and production for retail displays and promotional products. The company is expanding its international team and seeking a Project Manager to oversee product development from concept to delivery, managing manufacturing and supply chains, and ensuring alignment with client goals. The position is 100% remote and operates based on an independent contractor model.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, manufacturing coordination, industrial design, or retail display production.
- Strong understanding of materials, prototyping, fabrication methods, and manufacturing workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus).
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and product design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks a plus).
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace or MS Office for documentation and budgeting.
- Schedule flexibility to collaborate across time zones with global clients and suppliers.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and detail-oriented.
