Requirements
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for both temporary and permanent roles across various industries.
- Maintain a strong and up-to-date candidate database using the company's CRM (Recruit or similar).
- Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and messaging platforms to assess suitability and gather compliance documents.
- Write and post compelling job adverts tailored to client requirements.
- Track and report on sourcing KPIs such as response rates, shortlist ratios, and time-to-fill metrics.
