Requirements

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for general roles across a range of industries
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Screen, interview, and shortlist high-quality candidates for UK-based clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Provide consultative support to clients, advising on talent trends and recruitment strategy
• Prepare and present candidate profiles and coordinate interviews
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping using applicant tracking systems
