Senior Global Product Operations Manager

RemoFirst is looking for a Senior Global Product Operations Manager to spearhead the overall look and feel of their features and services, designing scalable processes, defining and managing metrics, and driving initiatives to shape product growth and performance globally.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Business Operations, or BI/Data-focused roles within SaaS or tech (HRTech, FinTech, or B2B SaaS is a strong plus)
• Strong analytical and technical background, with experience using BI tools and working directly with data (SQL, dashboards, reporting)
• Proven ability to automate and improve processes at scale
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving measurable impact
• Excellent communication skills: you can translate complex data into simple, actionable insights
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global, remote-first startup with changing priorities
• Passion for metrics, scalable systems, and building productized operations
