Senior Product Operations Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Support, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases and BI tools.
• Solid understanding of data governance and documentation best practices.
• Experience managing product data pipelines or analytics systems in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Exceptional organisational skills and excitement for a dynamic workload are key.
• Ability to interpret and challenge data effectively—spotting patterns, identifying insights, and extracting meaningful conclusions that lead to action.
• Understanding of how empowered, agile product organisations operate and can apply that mindset to optimise internal processes.
• Ability to take ownership, keep momentum high, and find ways to move projects forward with minimal support or supervision.
