Global Legal Associate

RemoFirst empowers employers to access talent globally, and we're looking for a talented Global Legal Associate to take charge of our product lines from discovery to delivery. The role involves maintaining corporate records, drafting commercial agreements, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of legal experience, ideally in a multinational, legal service provider, or in-house corporate environment
• Solid understanding of corporate governance, contracts, and employment frameworks
• Experience working with cross-border entities and EOR / PEO models preferred
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple deadlines, and manage stakeholders across time zones
