Job Description
RELEX Solutions is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to support customers as a proactive solution partner. The role involves independently fulfilling service deliveries, monitoring service performance, initiating quality improvements, and managing incidents. The company is a rapidly growing, globally minded, and customer-focused supply chain planning platform.
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science, information technology, or comparable training
- Three or more years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in a similar position
- Understanding of IT service management processes (ITIL-based)
- Knowledge of ITSM tools (Jira)
- Customer-oriented approach, relationship building
- Initiative and strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in English (essential)
