Mental Health RN Case/Program Manager

Regions Hospital has a great opportunity to join our nursing team as a RN Case Manager in Mental Health to work with an incredible team of people who have a passion for caring for others! This position will provide inpatient care coordination services for Mental Health patients to facilitate optimal patient outcomes, support the delivery of effective and efficient care, improve continuity of care and efficient use of resources throughout the episode of care.

Requirements

• RN with a Bachelors Degree and licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota
• 5 years of increasing responsibility in acute care hospital setting including data analysis and reporting, project management and program operations.
• CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers
