Mental Health RN Case/Program Manager

We are looking for a RN Case Manager in Mental Health to provide inpatient care coordination services and support the delivery of effective and efficient care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for caring for others and a background in mental health.

Requirements

• RN with a Bachelors Degree and licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota
• 5 years of increasing responsibility in acute care hospital setting including data analysis and reporting, project management and program operations
• CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers
