Senior Scientist (Oligonucleotide Therapeutics)

We are seeking a curious and motivated Senior Scientist to join our Regeneron Genetic Medicines group, working on oligonucleotide-based therapeutics.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in RNAi research, high throughput screening, and/or SAR optimization
• Expertise in siRNA design, assay development, and off-target analysis
• Proficiency in RT-qPCR, including probe designs and multiplex assay development
• Experience with primary cells and reporter systems
• Experience with automation systems and bDNA assays to support HTS
• Knowledge of computational tools for transcriptome analysis
• Background in drug discovery workflows
