Member Relationship Specialist (Banker)

Redwood Credit Union is looking for a Part-Time Member Relationship Specialist who will be responsible for providing excellent service to members, cross-selling credit union products, and performing various member service duties.

Requirements

• Provide excellent service to all members
• Cross-sell credit union products and services
• Perform various member service duties
• Open accounts and match member needs to credit union products and services
• Determine the appropriate loan product(s) to meet member(s) needs
• Research member questions, problems, and complaints and respond with accurate information
