Job Description
Reddit is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead their Ads Reporting team, responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and data correctness of the Ads platform. The team focuses on both reporting foundations (customer-facing data) and proactive reporting (delivering actionable insights to advertisers). This role involves leading engineers, collaborating with product and design teams, and managing product development cycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Engineering leadership experience working across multiple teams
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Experience coordinating large-scale, cross-functional efforts
- Knowledge of full stack product development practices
