RecruitGo is seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist – Level 2 (Cloud SaaS) to assist dental practitioners and their staff with technical assistance, training, and issue resolution. This role focuses on managing data conversions, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring efficient customer support within a cloud SaaS environment. Requirements
- Manage complex data conversions from legacy systems into cloud MSSQL databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technically complex customer issues.
- Log, monitor, and manage customer incidents and tasks to meet SLA targets.
- Diagnose, document, and communicate product bugs and feature requests.
