Requirements

• 2+ years of client-facing experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Partnerships
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple partner and client needs
• Detail-oriented and reliable with accuracy in partner updates, data reporting, and documentation
• Tech-savvy with ability to troubleshoot and adapt quickly to new systems
• Professional communication and mission-aligned mindset
