Technical Services Associate Manager

We are Reckitt, a global team united by our purpose to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. We are seeking a Technical Services Associate Manager to support our supply chain and manufacturing operations at our Wanamingo Supply Center.

Requirements

• Partners with Operations, R&D, and Quality groups to ensure products are manufactured right the first time
• Troubleshoots operational problems and drives manufacturing improvements
• Manages scale up and qualification plans for new products
• Develops validation protocols and reports to qualify manufacturing and cleaning processes
• Communicates technical topics to key stakeholders, management, and team members
• Identifies and implements cost reduction / productivity improvements
• Applies HACCP and GMP requirements to process design and qualifications
