Continuous Improvement Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Pharmacy, or related field
• 7–10 years in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing and 3–5 years in Operational Excellence, Lean, or Continuous Improvement
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project Management (PMP or equivalent) and/or Change Management training or certification
