Job Description
RecargaPay is seeking a Principal DevEx Engineer to improve the developer experience and accelerate application delivery. The role involves optimizing the software delivery lifecycle, driving innovation in the Brazilian fintech space, and leveraging AI-assisted engineering practices. The company focuses on delivering a payment experience that connects Brazilian consumers and businesses, operating a 100% remote team.
Requirements
- Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Software Development
- Extensive hands-on experience in software engineering with Java (Spring Boot) and Python
- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming and relational database systems
- Solid understanding of web and mobile application architectures
- Expertise in Domain-Driven Design and microservices architecture
- Demonstrated experience defining and executing architectural roadmaps
- Deep, practical experience with AWS cloud-native development
- Advanced experience with infrastructure as code and Kubernetes
- Strong policy-as-code practice to codify security/SRE guardrails
- Experience with Kubernetes, EKS, and Terraform
- Advanced knowledge of observability and event-driven architectures
- Strong FinOps mindset
- Experience with code-first approach
- Experience with DevOps practices
