Job Description
RTI is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead – Defense to expand its presence in the global Defense market. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and capturing business with key Defense modernization initiatives and emerging technology, including C-UAS, autonomy, and swarm control. The BD Lead will work closely with internal teams and external partners to position RTI’s technology as integral to funded and commercial solutions.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with DoD priorities.
- Identify and shape government-sponsored initiatives, technology programs, and funding opportunities.
- Lead, contribute, and build a defense BD team.
