Human Resources Manager

ReaderLink is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager for their distribution center in Winder, Georgia. The HR Manager will build organizational capability, drive HR initiatives, and lead strategy to positively impact business performance and HR metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related experience
• 5- 8 years experience in human resource management, including employee relations
• Bilingual -Spanish speaking is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Knowledge of effective techniques in many of the key aspects of HR management
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal tactfully with employees at all levels
• Attracting, developing and retaining outstanding talent
• Implementing successful employee relations strategies
• Ability to manage and organize multiple priorities
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Intermediate to advanced PC Skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
