Job Description
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining and improving our internal HR systems, ensuring employee records and processes are accurate and timely, and supporting a culture of performance and growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or HR Operations
- Working knowledge of HR systems/ platforms
- Experience managing benefits programs and coordinating performance review cycles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- HR certifications are a plus (ex: PHR, HRCI, SHRM etc)
