Human Resources (HR) Manager

Krista Care LLC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and hiring, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will be passionate about HR and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
