Clinical Laboratory Scientist

We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) to join our CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited laboratory. This role is central to RDI's mission to accelerate diagnostic innovation by ensuring that every test, sample, and report meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Current and valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License required.
• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical or research laboratory environment.
• Knowledge of CLIA, CAP, and FDA regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
