Job Description
This Production Team Leader position involves leading, motivating, and developing a team of operators and production workers. Responsibilities include daily supervision, monitoring production quality and safety, implementing process improvements, and ensuring a safe and continuous production environment. The role requires a leadership focus on efficiency and continuous production.
Requirements
- MBO+/HBO work/study level, preferably in engineering or production
- Several years of experience in a similar leading role
- Affinity for process improvement and production automation
- Good communication skills and leadership
- Hands-on mindset with a focus on quality and safety
