Job Description
This Production Team Leader role focuses on managing, motivating, and developing a team of operators and production employees. The role involves monitoring production operations, ensuring quality and safety, and implementing process improvements. The leader is responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient production environment and contributing to ongoing improvements.
Requirements
- MBO+/HBO degree, preferably in engineering or production
- One or more years of experience in a similar leadership position
- Affinity with process improvement and production automation
- Good communication skills and naturally leadership
- Hands-on mentality and an eye for quality and safety
