As a Tracking & Tracing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring timely communication of delays or deviations from requested pickup and delivery. You will also manage delay reason coding for all delayed shipments and collaborate with the Transportation team to reschedule pickups, arrange redeliveries, and expedites.
Requirements
- Act as a direct contact for Account Managers, Customer Service Representatives, Product Coordinators, and Management for any follow up on delayed shipments
- Track and trace all shipments within a timeframe that allows for proactive responses to delays
- Keep delay reason coding up to date
- Maintain TMS updates (OTM and Project44)
- Support excellent carrier and warehouse relationships
