Job Description
Customer Support Manager role responsible for leading the Customer Support function for Renowned's two products, driving AI capability, and overhauling Intercom infrastructure. The role involves global team management, customer support operations, process documentation, and workflow overhaul. The ideal candidate has advanced experience with Intercom and has grown and managed multi-level globally distributed support teams.
Requirements
- Advanced experience with Intercom
- Experience growing, developing and managing multi-level globally distributed support teams
- Owning all internal and external customer resources
- Pro-active assertive collaborator and communicator across multiple teams
- Experience with Hubspot and Cloud Talk (advantageous)
- Prop tech and SaaS experience (advantageous)
