We are looking for a Junior Account Manager Italy to join our international B2B brand RateHawk and develop our business in the travel industry.
Requirements
- Expand and consolidate presence in the assigned territory
- Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities
- Follow-up with existing and new partners for system training
- Position the brand within the travel trade through product presentations and networking events
- Address incident issues and ensure partner support
- Payments control and accuracy in transaction processing
- Market & competitive environment analysis
- Regular comprehensive reporting through CRM and internal systems
- Maximize and develop API deals with partners
