Job Description
We are looking for a Member Services Associate to help onboard clients' suppliers as members of the FHR Exchange, a secure network where companies can share and access financial health analytics. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with attention to detail, ability to influence and overcome refusals, and experience supporting operational initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of supply chains is a plus. The role involves engaging with private companies to enable their participation in our clients' risk management programs, developing into a program expert, and working with a highly engaged team that values employee input and management transparency.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a client interaction role
- Proven ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients and their suppliers
- Experience working with financial statements is a huge plus
- Ability to prioritize and organize high-volume work
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience using CRM software
- Prior experience using a customer service platform such as Zendesk or Intercom is a huge plus
- Prior experience in supply chain is a nice plus
- Fluency in German or another 2nd language is also a plus
