Job Description
Ramp is a financial operations platform looking for a Manager for their Outbound Sales Development team. This role involves coaching and mentoring SDRs, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive pipeline growth. Ramp has a large and growing business with strong investor backing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor
- Minimum of 2 years of experience building and leading sales development teams
- Proven track record exceeding goals in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments
- Passion for hiring and team development
- Proficiency in data analytics and communication tools
- Strong collaboration and influence skills
