Job Description
RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of Greystone Farms. This role involves daily inspection and removal of trash, pressure washing, and other service tasks to attract new residents and maintain a professional environment. Requirements
- Inspects grounds daily and removes trash.
- Runs the trash compactor.
- Perform tasks to keep sidewalks free of hazards.
- Adhere to all safety policies.
- Complete assigned service tickets.
- Perform minor and routine service tickets
- Treat residents, staff and vendors professionally
- Work flexible schedule including weekends
