Job Description
RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds and amenities of Greystone Pointe Columbus. The role focuses on creating a welcoming environment for new residents and upholding the property's standard of excellence. Requirements
- Inspect grounds daily
- Remove trash, debris, and pet waste
- Run the trash compactor
- Pressure wash sidewalks and building access
- Adhere to safety policies
