Job Description
Rainforest Alliance seeks to engage four committed individuals as Cash Transfer Associates to support the implementation of cash payments and livelihood strategies for 5,000 farming households in Côte d’Ivoire.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Finance, Business Studies or related field
- At least one-year work experience in cocoa farming, prior experience with cash transfers a plus
- Excellent computer, communication, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to work to meet demanding timelines
- Proficiency in French language
- Ability to travel locally at least 40% of the time
