Job Description
One Acre Fund is seeking a Country Director for the DRC to lead a program of 30,000 farmers, aim for 3 years. This role will involve leadership in a complex environment, forging government and donor relationships, and building internal systems. The role requires strong stakeholder management and experience in the country's development sector.
Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partnerships
- Fluency in French and English (C1 minimum)
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
- Experience in the DRC or similar contexts is preferred
