We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to build and run the talent acquisition engine at Superlinear. The role involves building short- and long-term hiring plans, leading recruitment processes, and ensuring every candidate touchpoint reflects our culture, standards, and ambition.
Requirements
- 5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or tech environment
- Proven experience hiring engineering, commercial, and executive profiles across Belgium, Germany, and France
- Experience leading and structuring recruitment processes independently
- Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient with ATS and sourcing tools
- Solid understanding of recruitment funnel metrics and reporting
- Experience hiring in the AI, data, or engineering landscape
- Background in scaling recruitment in early-stage or high-growth environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch and/or French
