Chef de Partie

Rach V Royal Pines Resort is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their team in the large kitchen, operating multiple facilities including the main production kitchen and a conference/events space. The role involves preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen operations, and ensuring a safe and hygienic environment, while contributing to a values-led team. It's a full-time, 7-day rotating schedule including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements

• Completed Certificate 3 in Cookery
• Experience in a 4-5 star hotel/resort commercial kitchen
• Previous experience in a 4-5 star hotel/resort commercial kitchen
• Knowledge of kitchen sections, service styles, mis en place, food items, and cookery techniques
• Solid knowledge of kitchen sections, service styles, mis en place procedures, food items, cookery techniques, sauces, cold larder, vegetables & butchery
