The role involves leading a section of the kitchen, mentoring junior staff, ensuring high-quality dish delivery, and maintaining standards. The position is at the forefront of Cape's hospitality with stunning views and a focus on the Mornington Peninsula.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a fine dining environment.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or completed apprenticeship.
• Strong knowledge of sauces, cold larder, butchery, and base cooking techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
• Food Handlers Certificate and OH&S awareness.
• Residency visa eligibility (Australia).
