Job Description
R&P is looking for a motivated Combat Systems/TAO Instructor to join our team, providing training and educational programs for sailors assigned to Multi-Mission Combat Ship (MMSC).
Requirements
- 20 years' experience with USN ships and as a warfare specialist and/or trainer
- 10 years' experience as a USN Combat Systems or TAO Instructor
- 10 years' experience using LCS Combat Systems principles to drive T2Q and T2C in a shipboard environment or virtual trainer
- 15 years' experience using conventional knowledge-based classroom teaching and performance-based laboratory training
- Proficiency with MS Office suite programs
- Bachelor's Degree or 21 years' experience in a Combat Systems specialty as a substitute
