Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join a small, high-impact team and help shape how strategic customer success works at Quo. The role will involve building and owning a portfolio of customers, driving adoption and expansion, and influencing the evolution of Customer Success motions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Marketing
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable building strong relationships and representing the voice of the customer across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support
- Natural cross-functional collaborator
- Ability to tailor approach and attitude to specific customer needs
- Experience using marketing or customer success tools such as Customer.io, Braze, HubSpot, or Pocus
- Strong copywriting skills
- Ability to make data-informed decisions
- Ability to track activation and adoption using tools like Heap, Amplitude, or Mode
