Job Description
Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to patients, caregivers, and referral sources. The role involves answering questions, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring accurate billing. The position requires a strong communication and organizational skill.
Requirements
- Have a comprehensive understanding of all products and company policies.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) & customer service procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compliance with patient's financial responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing requirements.
