Job Description
Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide equipment and services to patients, care giver's, referral sources, and commercial accounts. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders accurately, resolving complaints, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical procedures and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Clerical or Customer Service environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) etc.
- Proficient general office skills
- Neat personal appearance with pleasing manner and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Medicare/Medicaid and insurance billing, bookkeeping or medical office experience preferred
