Job Description
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a key role in our international sales team, steering and continuously improving our global sales processes. You will work with modern tools such as HubSpot, NetSuite, JIRA, Confluence, and Power BI to make Sales Excellence measurable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in software sales and business development
- Solid understanding of military software systems, IT, and digital command structures
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Fluency in both German and English
