Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager (m/f/d)

Quantum-Systems is seeking a proactive and analytical FP&A Manager to join its growing Finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping Quantum-Systems' financial architecture, long-term forecasting, and reporting infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting
• Deep proficiency in Excel / Power BI and financial modeling
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation and IFRS reporting standards
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Fluency in English required; German at C1 level is a strong plus
