Quanex is looking for a Production Team Lead - 2nd shift for our team located in Owatonna, Minnesota. The Team Lead is responsible for developing, communicating, implementing, auditing and enforcing standard work at every operation within the department.

Requirements

• Three to five years of progressive manufacturing experience
• Experience training or leading others preferred
