Group Lead - 2nd Shift

The Group Lead - 2nd Shift position is responsible for ensuring the effective use of material, equipment, and personnel in producing quality production in the Electrophysiology (EP) division. The role involves coordinating production activity, ensuring quality and production goals are met, and performing regular process and quality performance audits.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Electrical/Mechanical Technology, or other comparable specialized training
• Six or more years of progressively more responsible assembly experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of LEAN manufacturing, assembly, and production technical skills and quality practices
• Prior experience working in a clean room manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated organizational skills, attentiveness to detail, and the ability to work under minimal supervision
