Job Description
Qualys is seeking a Senior Commissions Analyst with expertise in Xactly Incent and Salesforce to lead the end-to-end commissions process. The role will manage the accuracy and integrity of incentive compensation, provide strategic reporting to leadership, and ensure financial alignment of commissions with company objectives.
Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience in commissions management, incentive compensation, or sales operations
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, data structures, and integrations with incentive systems
- Deep experience in reporting and reconciliations of ACV, TCV, ARR, bookings, and revenue-related metrics
