Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

QuadMed is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team in Cambridge City and Liberty, IN. The position will require travel to these clinics and will work with a team that empowers patients to take control of their care. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program, 3+ years of primary care experience, and be able to work independently.

Requirements

• Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
• Ability to work independently
• Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• NPI & DEA
• Current National Board Certification
