Job Description
QuadMed is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their HII clinic in Newport News, VA. This role focuses on prevention, wellness, and maintenance of health through evaluation, treatment, and education. The position requires collaboration with a physician and operates as a day-provider, offering a work-life balance and a preventative medicine approach.
Requirements
- Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university
- Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
- Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
- Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
- NPI & DEA
- Current National Board Certification
- May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification
